Stephen Sherman is the founder of SGTX Advisory Services, a fractional CFO practice based in Austin that works with owner-operated businesses — manufacturers, service companies, and hospitality businesses — that have outgrown their current financial infrastructure and are ready for their next stage of growth capital. His mission is to build the financial foundation that turns an owner’s hard-won business into a fundable growth company.

Along with ongoing CFO advisory support, SGTX has helped clients build lender-ready financial packages for bank and SBA financing conversations, stabilize cash flow through 13-week rolling forecasts during periods of rapid growth, and develop revenue profitability visibility across product lines, service offerings, and customer segments — so business owners know exactly which parts of their business are driving growth.

When Stephen is not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in Austin.
