Heather’s love for design began building at an early age stacking Legos and perusing house plan magazines. Her interest in architecture led to a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. Having lived and practiced in Oregon, Colorado, and Uganda with her architect husband, she is a licensed architect in Colorado as well as Texas.

With both residential and commercial design experience, Heather is committed to sustainable design with a special interest in historic sensitivity. After many years as a stay-at-home mom and contract designer/drafter, she returned to full-time employment joining MOD: in 2018 where she quickly became an integral part of the team. Heather currently lives in a three-generation household with her husband, son and mother in Round Rock, Texas where Legos can still be found in abundance.
